Seattle SX Photo Report

There was rain in the forecast but luckily it held off and the beautiful Quest Field in Seattle showed itself off.

No rain fell but the track was plenty wet enough. The ruts were deep and the mud just tried to grab your wheels any chance it could.

Shorty walks the track with his favorite hat on.

Practice was delayed and cut back to only one session. Here's Shorty airing out what he can.

Coming off last weeks podium finish, hopes were high to keep the roll going.

The coolest bike in the pits- Factory Honda CRF450.

"Gothic" Jay and Andrew await the start of their heat.

Of course Shorty would transfer directly out of the heat to the main event.

The ruts were deep and just making it around the track was tough. Andrew was in the top five for a little bit and settled into sixth.

Shorty's teammate, Davi Millsaps, would fall down twice and be forced to charge from the back. One look at his front number plate should tell you the story.

While in sixth and with only ten feet to go to the finish, Andrew stalled his bike and three riders got by him. So it was a ninth on this night but luckily, there was no crashing and he came out of it safely.

Congrats to GEICO Honda's Kevin Windham on a great ride to win the race. There was no stopping KW on this night!
