Short Seventh in Salt Lake City

Chaparral Honda's Andrew Short didn't have the race that he wanted to in Salt Lake City but it was still a solid seventh place and Andrew came away from the race healthy and ready to go. In the main event, Short started well but made some mistakes in the opening laps and a few other racers got by. Earlier in the night Andrew rode great to get a second in his heat race and during practice, he was one of the top riders. On the season Andrew sits 13th in the points despite missing some races due to injury.
